I was browsing through Cosmopolitan's June 2011 issue and there was a feature on Gwen Stefani & the trend of Fedora hats. Gwen always looks fierce from H to T, but I also noticed her electric blue nail polish. The image posted here was not available on the web so I had to take a picture of a picture (hahaa) so I can report it. Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick, & Johnny Depp also sport the Blue!
