Baby bump and all Penelope Cruz can still pull off fashion. Seen here recently shopping in Madrid, off the red carpet P Cruz is known for her fashionable laid back style.  I don't what it is, but Europeans have a great knack for mixing casuals with tailored pieces and making it look effortless.  The attention getter of her overall outfit is the thick slouched knee-high socks coming out of her utilitarian boots...another big trend. Teenage girls aren't the only ones who can rock the knee highs! Reese Witherspoon & Jessica Alba have recently been seen in this trend as well.
