JLO she's just picture perfect! Here are her latest looks in the most recent American Idol auditions. Love the white shirt, ballerina bun, and red lipstick, as she continues to display the finger bling trend. Also love the half up 80's hairdo and how she makes 41 look so young with a hot pink one shoulder outfit.
